14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Unopened, sealed perfumes only
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept perfumes that are unopened and still sealed: the foil or seal must be intact and the product must not have been used or tested. If the seal has been broken or the bottle has been used, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code).
How to return an item
- Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt via info@sultanscents.nl. Include your order number and the products you are returning. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our terms and conditions.
- We will send you the return address.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your notification, well packed and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend sending the parcel tracked or registered; you are responsible for the shipment until we receive it.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification, using the payment method you originally used.
Damaged, faulty or wrong product
Did you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 2 days of receipt and with photos. In that case the costs are on us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Would you like a different scent? Return the unopened product following the steps above and place a new order for the scent you want.
