Shipping method
We ship all orders with PostNL. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code.
Dispatch time
Orders placed and paid on working days before 17:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00, at weekends or on public holidays are shipped the next working day.
Delivery time
- Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
- Belgium, Germany, France and Spain: 2 to 4 working days
These delivery times are indicative. During busy periods it may take a little longer.

You will always see the shipping costs in the checkout before you pay.
Wrong address or not at home
Please check your address carefully when ordering. If you are not at home, PostNL will try again or deliver the parcel to a nearby PostNL point. If a parcel is returned to us because the address is incorrect or it was not collected, we will contact you. The costs of reshipping will then be at your expense.
Damaged or lost parcel
Did your parcel arrive damaged, or has it not been delivered after the expected delivery time? Please contact us at info@sultanscents.nl, preferably with photos of the damage. We will sort it out for you.
